Tiffany is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics at the University of Hong Kong. Passionate about language contact and sociolinguistics, she is eager to explore the development of language under the influence of the internet in a world which is becoming more inter-connected. Outside her academic pursuits, she is an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys taking the road less traveled. Her dream is to visit Iran and Syria, hidden gems of ancient civilization. Through The D. H. Chen Scholarship, she hopes to foster her leadership skills and make an impact in the society with partnerships and opportunities provided by the Foundation.
