Misheel Enkhsaikhan

Misheel currently serves as Deputy Chair of CityUHK School of Law Student Chapter and an Admissions Ambassador at City University of Hong Kong. In her roles, she organises outreach events for local secondary school students, guiding them in making informed decisions about pursuing legal studies. Misheel is passionate about raising awareness of career development, especially in empowering students as they select their university major.  

Originally from Mongolia, Misheel engages actively with Mongolian students from leading Hong Kong universities to inspire Mongolian high school students to pursue higher education in Hong Kong. Through these efforts, she raises awareness of the HKSAR Belt and Road Scholarship, aiming to strengthen the connection between Mongolia and Hong Kong, promoting cross-border educational collaboration and access to international learning opportunities. 

Misheel also volunteers for Pro Bono HK, contributing to disability rights research through the Right of People with Disability Workshop. Her work supports improved access to justice for persons with disability in schools and workplaces in Hong Kong.  

Beyond academics and volunteerism, Misheel is a long-distance runner passionate about encouraging female youth participation in sports. She participated in Impact Collective’s 10K Race, Hong Kong’s first women-only trail race, aiming to inspire wellbeing through sport. She is also a charity runner for the Zubin Foundation, raising funds for improving non-Ethnic Chinese’s mental health through the Hong Kong Standard Chartered Marathon in 2026.
