Isaac’s fascination with the ever-evolving fields of biomedical research and cancer genomics has grown into a deep aspiration during his secondary school and freshman years. He dreams of becoming a skilled and knowledgeable research scientist on the medical front line. Driven to enhance scientific understanding, Isaac is eager to serve others and enhancing patients’ quality of life.

Isaac was an active member of the Hong Kong Sea Cadet Corps, where he developed invaluable leadership and organizational skills. Apart from teaching and guiding his juniors, the Corps Team also engaged in various voluntary community services. These enriching interactions have inspired Isaac to channel his knowledge and passion for biomedical science into providing care and social services. Recognizing the power of media and public education, he also aims to become an educator, increasing public awareness health issues and combating misinformation online.

As a Scholar of the Scholarship Program, Isaac seeks to gain more experiences through various service projects, collaborate with fellow Scholars and learn from the mentors. With the support of the Program, he is committed to honing his skills and gearing up to become a compassionate leader dedicated to creating a positive impact on society.
