Daniel, former Vice-President of the student-led Actuarial Society at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, has just completed a one-year exchange in York in the United Kingdom. He believes that however wealthy or powerful a person is, success can only be achieved through service. Working within the communities of both Hong Kong and York, he has helped support students from ethnic minorities, redistribute unsold food to those in need and assist elderly clients faced with social welfare issues. Daniel aspires to continue his service by applying his actuarial knowledge to address the pressing challenges of the medical and retirement savings scheme in Hong Kong.
