Chloe thrives at the intersection of business and law, driven by a passion to craft innovative solutions to societal challenges. She believes that every transformation begins with an open heart and a commitment to nurturing growth – both within herself and in others.
Her dedication to community engagement is exemplified by a mini-documentary she created during a university initiative aimed at challenging stereotypes and biases against teenagers with physically disabilities. By amplifying their voices and sharing their untold stories, Chloe fostered a deeper understanding and served as a bridge for inclusion.
Her involvement with the Cambridge Consulting Network has further reinforced her belief in the power of youth to drive meaningful solutions. Through her multiple roles, she has demonstrated how fresh perspectives can collectively address complex challenges.
All these experiences enabled Chloe to see how the voices and stories of struggling, marginalised communities are often overlooked despite being integral to society’s fabric. She is, therefore, committed to cultivating environments where these perspectives are uplifted and valued.
As a Scholar of The D. H. Chen Foundation, Chloe envisions equipping herself with the skills and network necessary to transform her aspirations into tangible impact – empowering the younger generation to tackle humanity-centred issues.
“True leadership is not about being the smartest in the room but about creating spaces where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to act.” Guided by this philosophy, Chloe hopes to inspire others and strengthen the bonds that unite communities.
