Rayden is a passionate and determined individual committed to creating positive social impacts through overseas volunteering, guided by his unwavering motto, “No one is too small to make a difference.”

Rayden’s journey as an overseas volunteer has exposed him to various experiences. From contributing to post-genocide community projects in Rwanda and witnessing the food crisis and war’s impacts on youngsters in Ethiopia, to researching vulnerable youth exploitation in the UK and volunteering with disadvantaged students in Malaysia and Hong Kong, Rayden has gained valuable global insights into the struggles that youngsters are facing. These experiences have strengthened his determination to foster social change through nurturing future leaders.

Drawing from Rayden’s diverse international exposure, he envisions serving vulnerable populations through a humanitarian aid career path. In the long run, he aspires to establish an NGO that encourages local underprivileged youngsters to take part in overseas programs, thus, equipping them with the necessary skills to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.

Rayden is sincerely grateful for all the opportunities he has received. With the support of the Scholarship Program, he believes that he can further hone his skills and advance his knowledge, enabling him to contribute back to society.
